RaoSu / GAC Restaurant Corp Case Study

As a full service marketing agency and business consultancy, Caymana Consulting strives to create a 360-degree marketing plan for clients. In 2023, one of our newest clients was GAC Restaurant Corp - a restaurant group looking to develop a trendy Hotpot & Sushi restaurant and bar, located in Midtown Manhattan, in close proximity to Time Square, and Penn Station.

The biggest challenge for us with GAC Restaurant Group was developing a trendy, midtown hotspot from the ground up – all within a tight timeframe for launch. This included everything from choosing a name, logo, and the establishment’s full interior design concept, to developing an attractive website, social media platforms, food delivery services, a bar menu, and much more.
